These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Orbit, a product of Pluto Insights Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Orbit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, importing data you do not have the right to use, reverse engineering the product, or using it to violate the rights of others or applicable law.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the contacts and content you import. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and process the data you bring into Orbit.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
You may stop using Orbit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Orbit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
